We enjoyed a spacious family room with comfy beds. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions, including Go Ape for some thrilling outdoor fun! Staff was always there, offering support and information whenever we needed it.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom features could be improved to accommodate larger family needs. More thoughtful amenities would make things smoother for everyone.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay here, especially because of the incredibly friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. The breakfast options were delicious, with great quality and variety. My room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for my needs. I did face issues with noise. I could hear loud jazz music from a function below, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom felt a bit outdated with some black mould and could definitely use a refresh. I also noticed that room servicing was only done upon request, which was a bit inconvenient after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was a proper treat, with a banging selection to kickstart your day. Plus, the staff were as warm as a summer's day, making you feel right at home. And let’s not forget about the local eats. the nearby Ego Mediterranean Restaurant hit the spot with its fresh, flavour-packed dishes.
The bathroom design had me scratching my head—those taps were a bit on the larger side for the sink! Plus, the toilet placement next to the towel rail was a bit tight for comfort. Still, with all the charm elsewhere, it wasn’t a total dealbreaker.
